HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
You may book an online appointment via the 'Book Online' tab or by sending us a message in any of our platforms. Please wait for us to acknowledge your booking.
Please be online 30 - 20 mins prior to your appointment. We will be the one to call you on your chosen platform (Zoom, Viber, Facebook Messenger). A consult can last for approximately 30 minutes.
WHAT DO I NEED TO PREPARE FOR THE ONLINE CONSULTATION?
A stable internet connection and an internet-compatible device such as a laptop or cellphone with a functioning camera and microphone. Consult may be done via Zoom, Viber, or Facebook Messenger App.
CAN I RE-SCHEDULE? DO YOU OFFER WALK-IN CLINIC SERVICES?
To re-schedule an appointment, just send us a message and let us know IN ADVANCE (24 hours prior). Late cancellation is not allowed and may forfeit your slot.
In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, unfortunately, we do not offer walk-in medical consults. Face to face consultation is subject to the doctor's discretion, depending on the patient's case.
